His background includes 17 years in sales and sales management with Fortune 100 companies and 15 years as one of America's elite speakers, consultants and executive level coaches. His clients know him for his for his belief in the worth and potential of every human being and also as a guy who "gets results".
As co-founder of 10:10 Ministries with his wife Christie Jim is passionate about the promise of John 10:10. He believes our lives were meant to be rich and fulfilling according to his God's definition of abundance … not the world's. He believes that abundant life begins the moment we accept Christ, that it was meant for all who accept and that it is magnified in every aspect of our existence as we learn to follow close to Christ in obedience to his word. Jim's calling is to share the vision that God has called each one of us to a powerful mission for which we are uniquely equipped. To know and answer that call is at the center of the promise of John 10:10 … "I have come that you might have life and have it more abundantly".

Can you say "heart of gold"? When describing Christie and what she brings to those who are involved in 10:10 Ministries … that phrase would sum it up. She combines a rich background of 20 years as a nurse, 5 years as an educator, her profession as a counselor and her love for the Lord to deliver compassionate healing to a hurting world.
As A Counselor … Christie has a heart for creating compelling marriages and families … traditional or blended. You will find her work with young teens, especially girls, is dynamic and effective. Given her background in the medical field, she is passionate about working with individuals and families where physical challenges present difficult emotional struggles. Her knowledge of hospitals, medical professionals and the processes associated with both make her an ally to both the patient and the doctors who treat them.
As A Speaker … Christie's experience in educating medical professionals, leading conferences as well as delivering marriage workshops come together to make her a dynamic force when sharing her love for the Lord and what he does in the lives of believers! Insightful, intelligent and possessing a great sense of humor you will be captivated by her heart and soul.

As a gifted Christian teacher and coach, Boyne has a unique ability to connect with audiences large and small, striving to be consistent to God's word, while at the same time engaging his clients in real world, contemporary applications.
Having earned a master's degree from Dallas Theological Seminary, Boyne's heart is to share the grace of Christ through teaching and coaching. In addition, his service as a lay-pastor in his local church has provided Boyne extensive experience in public speaking, small group leadership, men's bible study as well as strategic planning at the organizational level.
In the business world, Boyne's background is unique as well. Boyne spent 24 years with the Sewell Automotive Companies, one of the premier auto dealer groups in the United States. First "discovered" in Tom Peters' In Search of Excellence and then in his follow-up A Passion for Excellence, Sewell has set the standard for service in the automotive dealership world since 1911.
Boyne joined the team in 1981 where Sewell was operating its long standing Village Cadillac in Dallas. Over the next 23 years, Sewell grew to represent 10 different manufacturers (including Cadillac, Lexus, Infiniti, and Hummer), at 16 locations in 6 cities, while it's number of associates grew from 150 to over 1500.
During this tremendous growth Boyne led in areas of recruiting, training, customer service, management and executive education. He held various positions including sales manager, education director, and vice president of human resources.
Boyne's extensive travel in the United States, as well as Canada, Mexico, Europe and the Middle East, have provided him a broad set of experiences from which to draw both business and ministry applications.
Whether touring a manufacturing plant in Monterrey, Mexico, studying GE's executive education program at Crotonville, listening to the world's best at Carnegie Hall, observing Britain's House of Commons, taking a private tour of the White House, attending an Arabic worship service, studying FedEx from behind the scenes, listening to leaders at the Ritz, or touring a K thru 12 Christian school in Muslim downtown Beirut, Boyne constantly strives to learn from each opportunity.
In addition to his undergraduate and graduate degrees, Boyne has received training at the Disney Institute and the Center for Creative Leadership. He has also studied in business school programs at the University of Chicago, the University of Michigan, the University of Pennsylvania and the University of Virginia.
