More About Christian Coaching?

For some time now we have been coaching, consulting and advising executive level men and women through our business Champion Education Resources. Our focus has always been getting them the results they needed to be successful and competitive in the marketplace. More often than not those assignments that started out "all business" soon became personal in nature and the personal soon turned to matters that centered on being and having all that God intended. Talk about getting real, long lasting and eternal, results!

Needless to say … coaching has exploded on the scene in American business as the "thing to do" to get ahead in the game. Everybody who is anybody and going somewhere has a coach. Even Tiger Woods, arguably the best golfer of all times, has a coach. With the growth of coaching has come the expansion of coaching into several areas including Christian Coaching. We are blessed to add this service to our 10:10

Ministries website. Christian Coaching is pretty much the same as our business coaching with a couple of important differences. As Christian Coaches we use the Bible, God's Word, as our moral and ethical compass and we realize that all of the growth and change that takes place isn't the work of the coach so much as it is the inspiration of the Holy Spirit that moves one to grow in Christ. These two distinctions make Christian Coaching even more effective than coaching that doesn't have these important foundations.

What We Do ... is really pretty straightforward.

• Work with men, women, couples and families to identify and clarify God's mission, vision and purpose in their lives!
• Work together to establish a plan, tactics and strategies for experiencing all that God has in mind.
• Identify and bring to bear any and all resources necessary to accomplish the goals and plans God has called you to.
• Advise, encourage, challenge and "coach" you through your growth.
• Act as an accountability partner and a witness to your hard work and success!

Is There A Fee? You bet! There is an old truth in coaching and consulting as well as the business world in general that goes something like this … "People value what they pay for and they pay for what they value!" Is it cheap? We think because we have seen and experienced what God can do in a life, a marriage, a career, or in the lives of our children when we become who he designed us to be. So, how much something costs is always relative to what's important to us and to how much money we may or may not have. We have been blessed way beyond anything we ever imagined so should we decide together that coaching is for you and that we can be of value in your experiencing what God has in mind and the fee is an issue we will work something out.
